ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and ÜberBarTools™/Synergy Merchandising Pty. Ltd. regarding your relationship with ÜberBarTools™/Synergy Merchandising Pty. Ltd., and supersedes all other statements and representations.

By using the Site YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE CONDITIONS OF USE. If you are dissatisfied with the Site or any content on the Site or with these Conditions of Use, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Site.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR SHIPPING CHARGES

Orders that are refused, unclaimed, and returned to us will still be obligated to pay the original shipping and handling fee. Please note, once an order has left our location, shipping and handling is a non-refundable fee. All shipments are made on the following basis.

Transport costs, where applicable, are added onto the order form. Insurance for goods in transit is not included in the purchase price. If the purchaser requires insurance, it must be arranged by the purchaser either direct with the carrier or their insurance agent. Purchase price does not include unpacking, placement or positioning of tools. Buyer accepts transport risks when goods are despatched.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are normally shipped from ÜberBarTools™/Synergy Merchandising Pty. Ltd. Australia within 48 hours of receipt. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or NSW or Australian Public Holidays will be shipped on the following business day. If there is a delay in your order, we will notify you by phone or email regarding your order.

NOTE:
All non corporate orders over USD $250.00 including freight, will need to make a direct deposit into our bank account. No credit card payment will be processed on orders over this amount. Please place your order and you will be contacted by our administration staff with details.

BACK ORDERS

Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we offer, occasionally we may run out of certain stock items. If any product is not available for shipment, we will contact you by email with up-to-date delivery information. Some items are manufactured to order and will have at times an extended lead-time.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Before returning any products, you must email us at sales@uberbartools.com for a return mail authorization number (RMA#). At our discretion, based on the acceptance of your written claim, together with your detailed explanation for the return may issue a valid claim RMA# which must be on the shipping label or your package will be refused. Shipping returns are at your expense. Please make sure you return your merchandise by a traceable method (a tracking number) as we are not responsible for lost packages being returned. ÜberBarTools™/Synergy Merchandising Pty. Ltd. Return Policy includes a 25% restocking fee. Shipping/handling fees are non-refundable. After 30 days from our despatch of your goods we will accept no returns.

Custom Orders are unable to be returned or cancelled once ordered. All equipment returned must be in new condition (as we sent it) and complete with all original packaging. ÜberBarTools™/Synergy Merchandising Pty. Ltd. will inspect all equipment returned. Upon approved inspection, full credit (less shipping and restocking charges) will be issued back to you. Merchandise returns that are not in the original condition or that are missing original packaging will either be refused or subject to an extra 10% restocking fee (in addition to the 25%) at our discretion.

GUARANTEE

Some items are covered by manufacturers warranty, due to the quantity of items on ÜberBarTools™/Synergy Merchandising Pty. Ltd. all warranty items cannot be displayed on the web site. If you require warranty information on a specific item please email us on sales@uberbartools.com.
